At Employee Training Solutions (ETS), we are committed to providing high-quality, effective training solutions for small businesses. Due to the nature of our digital products and services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

1. Digital Courses & Training Materials

  • All course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, including monthly and annual plans.
  • We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription or for failure to complete a course.

2. Custom Training Services

  • Deposits and payments for custom-built training solutions are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • All finalized and delivered training materials are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to your purchased training, we encourage you to contact us at support@learnwithets.com. We will work to resolve the issue, but a refund will not be issued under any circumstances.
