All sales are final; ETS does not offer refunds.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, including partial refunds for unused services.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. ETS does not store sensitive payment information.

ETS is not responsible for technical issues beyond our control, including third-party service failures.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of Arizona.
Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.
Any legal disputes must be filed within one (1) year of the claim arising.
Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against ETS.

By submitting feedback, you grant ETS a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute your suggestions.
ETS may use anonymized learner interactions to improve AI-driven content delivery.
No compensation will be provided for feedback or suggestions incorporated into the platform.
12. User Conduct & Code of Ethics
Users must engage respectfully in any interactive or discussion-based training.
Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate account termination.
Users may not use ETS for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
ETS reserves the right to remove users from the platform for violating these guidelines.
